Nothing saddens me as much as running out of a product I love. Since I'm one pill from the end of my bottle, I figured it was time to review. I first discovered RoxyLean form my first personal trainer. The trainer didn't last, but this thermogenic did. When I first tried this product, I was quite hesitant. I have tried other thermogenics and pre-workouts and they gave me the shakes. I hate the shakes and my stomach just can't take it. I tried Roxy before I met my trainer one day. It was a long drive to the gym and apparently it kicked in before I got there. I was bright red. My face was flushed and I felt all tingly. I asked my trainer about this. Apparently, if you take this too soon before working out, it will do this. It took me some times to figure out just when to take the Roxy, but overall it gives me just the right amount of push. I still only take one pill, now combining it with another pre-workout drink. I have not found much in the sense of additional fat burning or appetite suppressant qualities. I take it on an empty stomach, only before heavy lifting or cardio--not as a weightloss/diet pill. The bottle warns you that it has the equivalence of 3 cups of coffee and that you have to cut out every source of caffeine in your life, if you taking this product. I did not do that, but I don't recommend doing that! One key with this pill is to keep hydrated. I've noticed that it just wrecks me if I don't stay hydrated. It was great for a starter, like me, but may not be strong enough for someone who has used a lot of pre-workouts or a lot of workout experience.
